Online Order Return Form
All orders purchased through the Linum Home Textiles Sales Online Store will be eligible for a return or exchange. Purchases can be returned or exchanged in-person at Linum Home Textiles Sales with acomplimentary return label(U.S. only – international customers will be responsible for the cost of the return label). RETURNING:If returning by mail, simply use the complimentary return label(U.S. only), drop the package in the mail, and your return will be processed when it is received.
EXCHANGING:An exchange typically consists of a return & a separate re-order. Complete the appropriate form to start the process for a refund.*Note that our inventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to place your online exchange orderas soon as possible to secure your desired item.If you have questions along the way,chat with us live in the lower right hand side of your screenor [email protected] more information.
Exchange Note:You will be charged for the new item at the time of the order and refunded for the return when the product is received and processed. If a single transaction is more convenient, a traditional exchange can be completed but inventory can not be held until the return is received back at Linum Home Textiles Sales .
